Evaluation Period


You have a maximum of 25 calendar days to pass your evaluation. If you do not pass within this period, your account will be disabled.

However, you have the option to extend your evaluation by adding additional 25-day periods.

To extend, simply log in to your Dashboard and click the “Add 25 Days to Your Evaluation” button. You may extend as many times as you wish.

Billing Policy

TradeShield does not use recurring billing. All charges are one-time only, including extension fees. The fee for each 25-day extension is the same as the original account fee, and any promo or discount codes you used initially will also apply.

This system ensures traders remain in full control of their accounts and avoids unexpected charges on credit card statements. You decide whether to continue your evaluation - there are no sneaky monthly fees, and your account remains 100% under your control.

Account Status Rules

  • Failed Status Accounts: Any account in Failed Status that is not reset within 25 days from the setup date will automatically be disabled.

  • Evaluation Status Extensions: Accounts that remain in Evaluation Status and do not pass within the 25-day window may be extended with additional 25-day blocks via the dashboard.

Please note: If there is no activity in your account for 25 calendar days, that particular account will be disabled/closed.


Trader Responsibility

Traders are responsible for monitoring how many days they are into their evaluation period. Accounts may be at varying points within their 25-day evaluation period (e.g., day 15/25, day 19/25, day 23/25, etc...).
