TradeShield welcomes traders from around the world, regardless of US citizenship. If you are at least 18 years old, you can join TradeShield and work toward earning a Funded Account. However, please note that some countries are restricted from participating due to legal obligations.
Individuals holding citizenship or residency in a country listed on OFAC's Sanctioned Countries list, or those restricted by our partners, are ineligible to trade, earn funding, or receive payouts with TradeShield. Please review the list below for excluded countries.
If you travel to or reside in a restricted country, refrain from trading activities to avoid having your account flagged by our Compliance team. Trading with TradeShield is not possible if you live in a prohibited country. For citizens of permitted countries residing in restricted ones, trading, earning funding, or receiving payouts with TradeShield is not feasible.
However, if you are a citizen of a restricted country but reside in an eligible one, you must provide TradeShield's compliance department with a government-issued photo ID and a bank statement from the eligible country for verification. Our Trader Support team will assist you in this KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
The following countries are not permitted to trade with TradeShield: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Bulgaria, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Congo Free State, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Crimea, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guyana, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Kosovo, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montenegro, Nicaragua, North Korea, North Macedonia, Panama, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
